Dear Valued Customer,
We wish to inform you that “Dream Money” is discontinuing its business operations, including its Gold, Mutual Fund Distribution, Fixed Deposit, and Lending services, with immediate effect. The Dream Money app will be accessible until 30th July 2026, for you to view your statements, holdings, and account details. After this date, the Dream Money platform will cease to be operational.
Please note that this does not affect your existing investments in any way. All your investments are safe and will continue to be held by our respective partners. Please refer to the relevant sections below for further details. A summary of your investments made via Dream Money shall remain visible under the Transaction Summary section on the platform until 30th July, 2026.
Please also note that, with immediate effect, we have stopped accepting new customer registrations, new lump-sum investments, and new loan applications on the Dream Money platform. Withdrawals from your existing investments continue to be available, and you may withdraw as set out in the relevant section below.
We will be cancelling all active recurring SIPs on the Dream Money platform, with effect from 7th July 2026. For any further action or queries, please contact our partner directly, details of whom are provided below.
Digital Gold.
Your existing holdings remain safe and unaffected. You may withdraw or liquidate your gold holdings through the Dream Money platform until 15th July 2026, after which we will no longer be able to service your gold holdings on the Dream Money platform.
Your gold holdings will thereafter be migrated to Augmont, our partner, over the following 10 days. Please note that you will not be able to withdraw or liquidate your gold holdings from the end of day on 15 July 2026 until the end of day on 25 July 2026 while the migration is being completed. Upon completion of the migration, Augmont will manage and service your gold holdings on your behalf. From 26 July 2026 onwards, you may withdraw or liquidate your gold holdings in accordance with Augmont’s applicable terms. For any further servicing of your gold holdings, please contact Augmont directly using the details provided below in Annexure A.
Mutual Funds.
If you have investments in Mutual Funds (Smart Saver, Silver, etc.) through Dream Money, this change does not affect your underlying mutual fund investments. For clarity, your Mutual Fund investment folio(s) will continue to be held in your name and serviced directly by the respective Asset Management Company (AMC). You may also choose to appoint a new Mutual Fund distributor of your choice to manage your existing folios. To action either option, please write directly to the relevant AMC(s) (list provided below) with the new distributor’s ARN code, or your instruction to convert to a Direct Plan.
Your folio(s) will continue to be held in your name even if you do not write to the AMC(s), and your investments are not at risk either way; however, your folio(s) will no longer have an active distributor servicing them unless you choose one, and we therefore encourage you to write to the AMC(s) at the earliest. You may withdraw or redeem your mutual fund investments through the Dream Money platform until 30th July 2026. After this date, you may withdraw or redeem your investments directly through the respective AMC, as per their applicable terms.
Fixed Deposits.
We will no longer be able to service your Fixed Deposit account on the Dream Money platform, after 31st July 2026. Your money remains safe with the bank, and your existing holdings are unaffected.
You may withdraw or cancel your Fixed Deposit through the Dream Money platform until 31st July 2026. Alternatively, you may continue to hold your Fixed Deposit with the bank and get it serviced directly from the bank thereafter.
For any further servicing of your Fixed Deposit, please reach out to the bank directly using the details provided below in Annexure A.
Lending.
We will not be able to service your Lending account on the Dream Money platform, effective immediately. Please note that any standing instructions or auto-debit mandates for your EMI or loan repayments are set up directly with the lending partner, not with Dream Money. These instructions are unaffected by this change and will continue to be managed by the lender as per your existing agreement. For any queries or assistance regarding your loan account, including these instructions, please reach out to our partner directly using the contact details below.
